This is my third year here at Dunkerton High School! I was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. I
received my diploma from Columbus High and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Northern Iowa
(Go Panthers!). This summer was my third year as the Assistant Varsity Softball Coach at Columbus. I will be
coaching Junior High Girls Volleyball and Track this year (Go Raiders!).
I have a number
of hobbies I enjoy doing in my spare time, for instance, sewing. I have created a number of various projects.
Currently, I am working on the same T-Shirt blanket as last year. Once a week, I participate in an adult volleyball
league with a group of my friends. My friends and I get together and play softball, basketball, volleyball, or whatever
game we happen to make up. Yes, even though I have mentioned many of my hobbies, I have not mentioned my all time
favorite, traveling! I extremely enjoy traveling. I have been to Spain, Africa, France (twice), Mexico (twice),
and all over the United States.
Last year I received some new technology equipment. I am excited to
test it out and see how much I can use it. I am excited to get the school year going!
